This program includes guidance and instruction toward a daily home yoga practice that takes about 15 minutes per day. Along with that I’ve added birth affirmations, and a simple meditation that you can use and practice during that ever important “rest” time you ideally can start building into your days. Now is the perfect time to refine and establish your daily rituals of self-care, keeping you healthy and energized for the adventures ahead. If you are already enjoying or also looking to incorporate walks or other ways of building fitness, this sequence is a perfect “pre” for your workouts-getting you aligned and ready to most benefit from your movement practices.
